Pausely is made by NoviBytes, a small team in Latvia. We read every message, though we may not be able to reply to each one.

How to reach us

Email [email protected]. In Pausely, Send feedback in Settings opens your mail app with the address filled in.

Please include your device model, your iOS version, and what happened. A screenshot helps.

Do I need an account?

No. There is nothing to sign up for, and Pausely works without one.

How does iCloud sync work?

iCloud sync is on by default. Your data lives on your device and in your personal iCloud, so it follows you to a new device. You can turn sync off in Pausely's Settings; your data then stays on your device only, and copies saved to iCloud earlier stay there. NoviBytes cannot see your data.

How do I delete everything?

Delete All Data in Pausely's Settings removes everything from your device, and from your iCloud when sync is on. This cannot be undone. There is no account to close.
